Privacy policy
When you place an order with Viclowa you provide us with your personal details such as name, address and phone number. When registering you approve that we may store and use your personal information in our handling of your business. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties. According to GDPR you are entitled to get the information we have stored on you. If it is wrong in any aspect or irrelevant you can request us to correct it or have it removed entirely.
Prices
All items in this shop are sold under the VAT Margin Scheme for second-hand goods. No VAT will be specified on the invoice, and input VAT cannot be reclaimed by the buyer.
Specifications of prices and product descriptions on our website are subject to be changed without further notice.
For customers outside the European Union prices are shown excluding VAT.
NOTE! Customers from outside the European Union are responsible for paying import taxes and other fees that apply in your country.
Shipping
We use flat rate. 300 SEK/order
For customers in Sweden we ship with PostNord. International orders are shippped with DHL Express
All orders are fully insured.

Viclowa ships to most countries in the world.
Payment
Viclowa accept most payment cards. We also accept Apple Pay and Google pay
Warranties
We provide a limited mechanical warranty for the movement for 12 months from the date of purchase under normal use. The warranty does not cover moisture damage, wear on the watch glass and case, or damage caused by shocks, impacts or interventions. Note that wearing the watch for sporting activities is not considered normal usage for a vintage watch.
The warranty is only valid for the buyer of the watch and does not extend to third parties.
The warranty is voided if the watch is opened by any party without our written consent.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
- Digital cancellation button: You can quickly and easily cancel your purchase digitally directly on our website. Use the “Withdraw from contract here” button on the right side of the screen. Fill in all the information needed and press the button Confirm withdrawal.
- Alternative method: You can also contact our customer service via email or use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s (Konsumentverket) standard withdrawal form.
Return shipping and condition:
- Cost: You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Deadline: You must send the goods back to us no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to cancel the purchase.
- Condition: You have the right to open the packaging and examine the product, but it must be returned in an unaltered and unworn condition. If the product has been handled more than necessary, we reserve the right to make a deduction for depreciation.
Refunds:
- We will refund the full order amount (including the original standard shipping cost to you) no later than 14 days after you have notified us.
- We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back.
Conflicts
Viclowa have a policy to follow the Public complaints board* rulings. (*allmänna reklamationsnämden)
